Summer Recreation programs are a great way for children to try new things, get outside, grow, learn and be active.
This is a program to serve youth.
Designed for children not yet attending traditional preschool, this class introduces key skills for school readiness, including early literacy, social development, fine motor skills, and problem-solving. Led by a licensed early childhood educator, each class features hands-on play exploration, creative art activities, group songs, and storytime—designed to engage young minds and spark a love of learning. Snack time is also included. Parents will attend the 1st class with their child to ease their transition and the final class to see how much they have learned. Requirement: 3 years old by September 1, 2024.
Diseñada para niños que aún no asisten a preescolar tradicional, esta clase introduce habilidades clave para la preparación escolar, como la lectoescritura temprana, el desarrollo social, la motricidad fina y la resolución de problemas. Dirigida por un educador infantil certificado, cada clase incluye exploración lúdica práctica, actividades artísticas creativas, canciones en grupo y la hora del cuento, diseñadas para involucrar a los pequeños y despertar el amor por el aprendizaje.
